Tea lump is constructed by the finest part of the highest grade tea leave. Only around 1.5% of tea can be selected and be processed to become tea lump. 100kg of fermented ripe tea can only produced around 1kg tea lump. The liquid is light red in color, having a caramel scent, and taste rich and mellow.

Ratio: 1g Tea Leaves : 20ml Water
Water Temperature: 100°C
