Each new Menghai Tuocha weighs 250g each. Different from before, each bag only has 2 pieces. Already a breakthrough in history. Use selected raw material and undergo a traditional pile fermentation process. The tea is round and gorgeous, with suitable thickness and tightness, helpful for the late aging process. The surface is neat, light green color and bright. The tea leaves are young and tender. The tea is pressed evenly. After brewing, having a Menghai smell, taste thick and mellow, the liquid is golden yellow.

Origin Most of the raw materials of Taatea Pu’er tea come from the birthplace of tea trees in the world – China Yunnan Menghai County, the core production area of Pu’er Tea. Technology The Taetea Processing Technology was selected into the National Intangible Cultural Heritage of China, boasts rich technical content, constantly innovate the blending technology and fermentation technology. [How To Brew]

Ratio: 1g Tea Leaves : 30ml Water

Water Temperature: 85-90°C

[Brewing Time]

First Brew: 25 seconds

Second Brew: 25 seconds

Third Brew: 30 seconds

*If taste astringent or bitter, please decrease the brewing time or lower the water temperature. Those who love a pure aroma flavor can increase the water temperature or brewing time.

Using premium Yunnan Big Leaf Spring Tea as raw material, made with traditional panning process. Steam pressed with natural mineral water from Cang Shan.

Speciality: Teacake is tight, regular and in a bowl shape. The tea leaves are bright green, tender and fat with obvious buds. After brewing, the liquid is bright orange-yellow. A fresh aroma, taste mellow and has sweet after taste. The leaves are tender and can brew several times.
