This Pu’er teacake is one of the most popular ripe tea of Menghai Tea Factory. First developed in the 1970s, it has tender leaves with fine golden buds on its surface and broad thick leaves at its center. This tea is moderately fermented and delicately process. The tea’s liquid is in deep red and has a mellow, thick and full-bodied taste. This tea is considered as the quality benchmark of all ripe Pu’er tea in China.
Most of the raw materials of Taatea Pu’er tea come from the birthplace of tea trees in the world – China Yunnan Menghai County, the core production area of Pu’er Tea.
