    Taetea – V93 (1801)

    by Aleonor Lee tea
    RM 65.00 Incl. GST

    【3 Aspects of V93】

    1. Taste mellow, thick and sweet: Thick, heavy, and a full-bodied taste produced by very tender raw materials. A perfect combination of bone and flesh. A certain amount of sweet after taste, not too sweet nor too astringent which is hard to achieve.
    2. Pure and strong aroma: Pure is the basic aroma requirement. Having a strong feel but not overly strong. If the scent is over strong, the too sweet or tainted aged smell will destroy the beauty of the tea.
    3. The Charm of V93: Fresh! It is very hard to be fresh. Freshness is built on the taste and aroma. The balance between the taste and scent is the base of Freshness. Avoid tainted smell is the basic requirement. The ratio of the amino acids, tea polyphenols, alkaloids is the key to freshness which can only be handled through the recipe and fermentation technology.

The aftertaste of “Thick, mellow, fresh and sweet with pure and strong aroma” is the basic characteristic of V93. On this base, it will have a long-lasting aftertaste with slightly astringent and bitter. Which will provide you a fresh and cool feel from your mouth to your throat. This is the reason why V93 is so unforgettable.
